Dense, dark garnet color, drawing on purple in its youth. Bouquet consists of black & red fruits, roasting, licorice & leather. The Pauillacs are vigorous & tannic, which softens with age which allows the tannins to melt, giving a nice & round structure.

Enjoy with roasted lamb, game, tournedos, rib of beef on the bone or fried mushrooms.
