Alto Moncayo (2017)
From Campo De Borja, Spain, based on Garnacha. Dark purple ruby shooting, tear dense & thick. Medium intensity, black fruit compote, fig, plum, notes of licorice, balsam, cinnamon, vanilla, great flavors & complexity. Strong balance, fruit, spices, good acidity & a very round wine.
Pairs well with roasts, veal, lamb, pasta with meat sauce & spaghetti bolognese, cheeses, Iberian ham.
