Featuring 90% Sauvignon Blanc & 10% Semillon fruit, Craigmoor’s Botrytis comes from Mudgee’s oldest vineyard. Medium lemon straw. Aromas of restrained light apricot, citrus, white floral & talc. Fresh & crisp palate, made in a lighter style with layers of light tropical fruit, lemon curd & grapefruit enhanced by Botrytis complexity. Nicely weighted & balanced with sweet persistence.
Goes well with apple & honey cakes.
