Limited edition Crianza red wine from D.O. Manchuela produced by the winery Bodegas Ponce in Cuenca (Spain) using grapes of the variety Bobal. Very light red color. Aromas that open over time towards notes of chalk, flowers, herbs, smoked notes & mineral sediment. Palate has strength, vivacity & precision. Round, rustic but also elegant notes. Very long & final with salty notes.
