One of the few gins left that is actually created in the city & is produced using the small batch process as well as the best grain from Suffolk & Norfolk. It derives its color from gardenia flowers, which are macerated in the gin in order to grant a radiant blue colour.

A total of 12 botanicals such as juniper, coriander, angelica root & liquorice grant the gin its harmonic & polished character.
