Rich palate, full-bodied & fresh, reveals pronounced black fruit flavors over an elegant tannic structure, with fresh fruit returning on the finish. Fine balance between fruit & oak. Enjoyable with grilled rib steak, steak with mushroom, rabbit in wine & mushroom sauce.
